I'd like to be able to post an audio and/or a video on my newsletter and/or website. Not sure even where to start. I have a Dell PC, a Surface tablet which I rarely use, and an Android phone. Thinking of getting rid of the Surface -- could use some advice there. I do better learning face-to-face in real time.
